Q: What time of day is the order delivered?

A: Delivery hours are from 9 am to midnight. Orders are delivered within 3 hours.

Q: Do you have fast shipping?

A: If you want your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please contact our online consultant to find out if it is possible to deliver that bouquet at that time.

Q: Is it possible to send a bouquet anonymously?

A: The recipient will know your name only if you put it on the free card or leave special instructions about it on the order.

Q: Can I send a bouquet if I don't know the recipient's address?

A: If you know the recipient’s phone number, we can check the delivery address for you. Our employee will contact him and agree on a convenient time and delivery address.

Q: How to place an order for flower delivery?

A: To place an order, you need to select a bouquet and click the “Add to cart” button. Then go to the checkout page, provide information about the sender and recipient and select the desired payment method. After making the payment, the courier will deliver the flowers to the specified address on time.
